Finally done!
This was sort of a request, I think.
I was told about an untranslated strip where Russia's heart just 'falls out' and he replies simply along the lines of 'happens all the time'. Hence how the conversation involving this was sprung, considering Russia x Serbia is pretty much historically canon.
